The City of Jackson will receive sealed Bids for JTA Renovations for the Transfer Center until 2:00 p.m. local time, Tuesday, July 8, 2025. Bids must be mailed or delivered to City Hall, 115 E. Main St., STE 202, Jackson, TN 38301, Attn: Purchasing. Bonds and State Contractors’ License will be required if over $25,000. Jackson Transit Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding whenever such rejection or waiver is in the interest of the Owner.
Bids will be received for the following work: Selective Demolition, General Building Construction, Interior Finishes, Doors, Windows, Hardware, Exterior Signage, Associated Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical Work.

Jackson Transit Authority requires a copy of your Affidavit and Certified Application for The Tennessee Drug Free Workplace Program to be placed in a separate envelope and attached to the outside of the envelope containing your bid. The envelope will not be opened unless the separate enveloped contains your completed and signed affidavit, and certified application. (NO EXCEPTIONS ALLOWED). Refer to Specification Section 00 45 00 – Drug Free Workplace Affidavit form.
A pre-bid meeting for all bidders will be held at the project location on June 24, 2025, at 10:00 AM, local time. Prospective bidders are required to attend.
